He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fortuna of White Springs; his children, Carolyn Fortuna of Jacksonville, Michael Fortuna (Kristin) of Ocala and Patrick Fortuna of Live Oak, Florida; his brother James Fortuna Jr. (Kate) of Winston Salem, N. C.; and his granddaughters, Michaela of Ocala and Katelyn Fortuna of Ocala.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society.
