He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sistrunk and Estelle Sistrunk. He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae Sistrunk of White Springs; his children, Stephanie Finnell Johns of Lake City and Derrill Sistrunk of Fort White; his grandsons, Trent Sistrunk (Carson), Trevor Sistrunk (Brandi) and Garrett Finnell (Marissa); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Brinleigh, Cooper Sistrunk, Aubree, Lynlee and Emree Stalter.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM and on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery Adams Memorial.
