He was predeceased by: his father Willis Register; his son William Herbert Register; and his grandson Braden C. Register. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Penny" Byars Register; his children, Robert Brian Register, Benjamin "Ben" Register (Olivia), Barrett Kiel "Bear" Register and Crystal "Nikki" Kistler; his godson Stanley; and his siblings, Cecil Register, Linda Glover (Richard), Janice Cook and Debra Brantley (David). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
