It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Rowland of Wewahitchka, Florida, born in Jay, Florida, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnice Milburn Rowland and Mary Lois Batchelor Rowland; his brothers, Harold and Joe Max Rowland; and his great grandchild Mason Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Rowland of Flomaton; his children, Jon Malett Rowland (Julie) of Atmore and Ginya "Bunkie" Murph (Gary) of Flomaton; his stepsons, Jamie Barnes (Sonya) of Bluff Springs, Jeremy Barnes (Lisa) of Bluff Springs and Joshua Barnes of Lisbon; his grandchildren, Christopher Rowland (Eva) of Atmore, Jordan Rowland (Melanie) of Brewton, Devon Johnson of Opp, Savannah Fullerton of Atmore, Addison White of Atmore, Brayson White of Atmore, Cody Barnes of Mobile, Hunter Barnes of Bogia, River Barnes of Brewton, Charlie Jo Barnes of Brewton, Carson Ikner of Excel, Gracie Ikner of Excel, Keylon Ikner of Excel, Noah Ikner of Excel and Zack Ikner of Brewton; and his great grandchildren, German Shepard and Rip.
