He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collier and Merle Collier; his son Michael Collier; his brothers, J. H. Collier (Bea) and Thomas Collier (Kathy); and his niece Gail Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Collier; his children, Mary Butler and Danny Collier (Perla); his grandchildren, Sean Collier, Bryce Armstrong (Jessica), Kaylee Armstrong, Karlee Carr, Nicholas Carr and Johnee Butler; his sister Bettye Fortier; and his nieces and nephews, James Fortier, Jerry Fortier, Tommy Collier, John Collier, Elizabeth and Amy.
