He is survived by: his wife Joan Blackmon; his brothers, Ernie Blackmon (Syble Blackmon) and Danny Blackmon; his children, Lynda Alers, Jerry Blackmon Jr. (Bo), William Blackmon (Katie Blackmon), Tracy Walker (Dannie Walker) and Joni Gainnie; his grandchildren, Nathan Stell, Stephanie Stell, Nicole Alers, Dustin Holton, William Blackmon Jr. (Dave), Savannah Blackmon (Vanna), Joshua Blackmon (Josh), Bailey Vandeberg, Liam Vandeberg, Eddie Bowles III (Shayla Bowles), Alex Hysmith (Kennedy Hysmith), Devin Hysmith (Lauryn Thompson) and Brianna Hysmith; and his great grandchildren, Layken Thompson, Jaelen Thompson and Presley Hysmith. He is also survived by father to his kids and a wonderful father figure to his grandchildren.
