He is survived by: his children, Starla Lusk (Patrick) of Enterprise, Scott Owens (Tonya) of Geneva and Natasha Walker (Steve) of Bonifay; his grandchildren, Amanda Colwell (Justin), Stephanie Hawkins (Patrick), Morgan Lusk, Jason Lusk, Tyler Walker (Kaitlyn), Jasmine Shiver (Hunter Odom), Corwin Shiver (Haley) and Matt Gaskins; his great grandchildren, Dylan Lorraine, Jaxon Hawkins, Branson Hawkins, Adalynn Hawkins, Sebastian Colwell, Khloe Shiver and Ty Braxton Walker; his sister Kendra Owens of Geneva; his aunts, Dorothy Kelly, Mary Spence and Clora Bell Alford; and his uncle Bill Smith Montgomery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
