She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Kulczyk and Helen Kciuk Kulczyk; her husband Ronald Walter Nack; her daughter Deborah Ann Nack; and her sister Margaret Maginot.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Bardin (Greg) of Westville and Christopher Nack (Ling) of Fishers, IN; and her grandchildren, Hope Bardin of Westville, FL, Chloe Nack of Fishers, IN and Castiel Nack of Fishers, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
