She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildren Baker (Bill) and Evelyn Mills Baker. She is survived by: her siblings, Glenda Baker and Gary Baker; her husband Sherwood Leavins; her children, Micah Leavins, Tammy King (Terry), Amy Arnold (Kym), Pam Ard and Chandra Clark (Allen); her grandchildren, Cole Ellenburg, Jericha Williamson (Daniel), Robert Ard, Matt King (Michal), Sarah King, Amber Mock (Pepper), Jordan Arnold, Summer Starnes (Wes), T. C. Clark (Brie) and Heath Clark (Heather); and her siblings, Wendell Baker (Geneva), Dennis Baker and Tanya Crews Samson (Jerry). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
