He is survived by: his wife Debora Janet Powell; his children, Dale Powell (Shalee) and Tina Dixon (Johnny); his grandchildren, Marissa Slay (Boone), Cami Hatcher (Reid), Madison Powell (Ryan), Lydia Dixon, Amery Dixon and Cease Powell; his great grandchildren, Ridge, Wren and Rye Slay; and his sisters, Sue Newell (Gary) and Emily Vilene Mixon.
