She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H Whoolery and Annie C. Kittrell (Bobby Taunton, Sr.). She is survived by: her brothers, Bobby Whoolery (Nora) and David Whoolery; her children, Bobby Taunton, Jr. (Sarah) and Laurie Bess; her grandchildren, Christy Taylor (Justin), Skylar Bess, Caitlyn Taunton, Trista Bess, Hunter Taunton, Kole Taunton and Kelcei Taunton; her great grandchildren, Jolee Taylor and Rylee Taylor; and her close friend Debbie Girard. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hatcher Cemetery (8 Hatcher Cemetery Rd, Freeport, FL 32439).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to any local animal shelters, in keeping with her spirit of generosity.
