It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Blackman of Westville, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Arrant. He is survived by: his brother Marvin Phillips (Sen) of Dothan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
