He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Spradley and Maggie Daniels Spradley; and his children, Henry Spradley, Jr., Sherry Lynn Spradley and Nancy Spradley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Burgess (Roger) of Westville, FL, Lorie Daniels (Bill) of Waynesville, GA, Jewell Wilson of Westville, FL, Angela Scott (Chris) of Waynesville, GA and Tina Hargo (Jason) of Lake Wales, FL; his grandchildren, Tierra Bowers, Trevor Burgess, Taylor Burgess, Sara Spradley, Kevin Wilson (Bubba), Chasity Wilson, Queena Metts, Christopher Daniels, Justin Daniels, Lindsey Scott, Morgan Scott, Amber Daniels, Hannah Rooks, Alex Byrd, Stetson Byrd, Shawn Byrd, Cheyanne Byrd and Aaron Byrd; his brother O'Neal Spradley (Jane) of Lake Wales, FL; and his sister-in-law Mary Taylor of Westville, FL.. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
