He was predeceased by: his parents, Emogene Harrell and Willie Louise Harrell Commander; and his sister Helen Commander Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Commander of Westville, FL; his children, Kimberly Stuck (Joe) of DeFuniak Springs, FL and Gene Commander (Hope) of Chipley, FL; his grandchildren, Jaicee Mayo and Riley Commander; and his great grandchild Felicity Quinn Jernigan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
