She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmon Brownell and Minnie Denning Brownell; her husband Luther Holmes; and her daughter Shirley Holmes. She is survived by: her sons, Marshall and Bobby Holmes; her granddaughters, Teresa Rolling (Jeremy), Katie Green (Daniel) and Maycee Holmes; her niece Sherry Jackson; her great grandchild Jordan Rolling; and her sisters, Edith Crober and Lucille Minger. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family, friends.
