With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mayra Claudette Alvarez of Weston, Florida, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merdina Lettman and Stanley Lettman; her brothers, Earl Lettman and Joel Lettman; her son Rodney Lettman; her husband Serge Alvarez; and also Costa Rica.
Some of the bureaus and dressers in her home are so over stuffed with charity thank you letters, they are unable to close. Mayra found that she would never need a new key chain again having received so many thank you gifts from the charity organizations she gave too-including the ASPCA, UNICEF, Child World Hunger and the American Red Cross.
