She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Mantuano and Angela Anchundia; and her siblings, Piedad Mantuano, Maximo Mantuano, Jose Mantuano and Teresa Mantuano.
She is survived by: her children, Lenny Palacios, Carlos Palacios (Silvia Cruz), Christopher Hualpa (Joanna San Martin) and Coraima Mantuano; her grandchildren, Carla, Daniel, Jancarlo, Andrea, Gianluca, Camila, Sofia and Elena; and her siblings, Josefa Mantuano, Carmen Castillo (Carlos Castillo), Manuel Mantuano (Jenny Mantuano) and Flor Maria Mantuano (David Arteaga).
