We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 61, Laurie Jean Rice in Weston, Florida, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Rice of Miami, FL; her parents, Jean Booker and Richard Booker of Franklin, NC; and her siblings, Terry Monahan (Paul) of York, ME, Donald Booker (Patty) of Apex, NC and Kristen Booker of East Bridgewater, MA..

In lieu of flowers, her family has requested donations be made to two of her favorite causes: the Morgan Pressel Foundation, which provides support to victims of breast cancer, and the Humane Society of Broward County.
