He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Bruce Blake; his stepfather Captain George "Web" Blake; his sister Susan Elizabeth Kelly; and his aunts and uncles, Virginia, Charles Cronin, Kitty, Col William Crider, Shirley Allen, Rita Jane Cooper, Kay Mohl, Rose Marie, Lew Myers and Winston Devoid.
He is survived by: his nieces, Dr. Bridget Silva and Kerry Caffarelli (Bob); his brother-in-law Michael Kelly; his cousins, Charles Cronin (Lisa), Kathy Hiatt, Jay and John Crider; his great-niece Kelli Goos (Katelyn Caffarelli); and his great-nephews, Richie Goos and Paul Silva.
