He is survived by: his girlfriend Valerie Elizabeth Little of Delray Beach, FL; his children, Sandra Mullins-Wagner (Michael) of Bridgeport, CT, Cynthia Mullins of Destin, FL and Willie Farrad Mullins (Gabe Goldberg) of Palm Springs, CA; his granddaughter Arianna Haywood of Bridgeport, CT; his great grandchild Kacey Chappell of Bridgeport, CT; his sister Annie Teresa Mullins Page (Clarence) of Lumberton, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Ruthenia Mullins of Bridgeport, CT, Anthony Phillips of Newport News, VA and Jimmy Vereen of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
