Pulsifer Sr. of West Palm Beach, Florida, born in Poland, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Pulsifer and Myrtle Pulsifer (Perkins); his sons, Richard and Donald Pulsifer; and his siblings, Lawrence, Dann and Dale Pulsifer.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Miceli (Daniel) of Bristol, Willard "Bill" Pulsifer, Jr. (Rachel) of Terryville and Barbara Balas of New Milford; his stepchildren, Robert Busha of Bristol and Carol Ann Martin of Bristol; his sisters, Marie Russell of Brunswick, ME and Dawn Mastyk of Nevada; and his sister-in-law Janet Pulsifer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
