She is survived by: her children, Shelley Newman (David Ross) of Weymouth, MA and Roy C. Newman (Cheryl) of Dayton, KY; and her nephews, Wesley Haas of West Lake, OH, Laurie Caudle and Christopher Haas of Daytona Beach, FL..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Soller-Baker Funeral Home (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909).
A founding member of the Wildcat Creek Foundation in 1974, she remained with that organization for 40 years.
