He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Wagner and Cecilia Wagner; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Pamela Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Nelan); his children, Christine Fox (Ty) and Kenneth A. Wagner II (Laura); his grandchildren, Cecilia Fox, Rebecca Fox, Olivia Wagner, Kenneth Wagner III and Emma Wagner; and his sister Marian Monahan (Bill). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
