With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine Irena Sotomayer (West Palm Beach, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John; her siblings, Raymond, Carmen, Manuel, Tina and Ramona; her son David Lee Smedley; and her grandson James Smedley.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Smedley (Anne), Sally Jo (Glenn) and Daniel; and her grandchildren, Lauren Smedley, Amber Colopy, Christina Lanahan, Taylor, Oceania and Scott Smedley. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Royal Palm Memorial Gardens (5601 Greenwood Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407).
