She is survived by: her husband Chet Osborne; her children, Laura (Brad), Scott and Chris (Sury); her grandchildren, Christian, Christina and Sebastian; and her sisters, Loretta (Joseph) and Joan (Thomas). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
