It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Johnson Jr. of West Palm Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Johnson and Anna Tolliver Johnson; his grandmother Camilla Johnson Howard; and his sibling Hayward Verna Johnson of Thomasville, GA.. He is survived by: his uncle Deacon Elijah Taylor; his wife Gwen; his children, Jannis, Gladys (Kenneth), Ashla "Collette", Herman and William; his stepsons, Jeff and Dexter; his siblings, Raymond Johnson (Fannie) of Thomasville, GA., Deloris Johnson of Thomasville, GA. and Loretha Johnson-Blalock of Thomasville, GA.; and his niece Andrea Blalock of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by 15 grandkids, 32 great grandkids, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
