She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Lewis and Samuel Lewis; her stepdaughter Nicole Diedre Levison; and her sister Madeleine Kern. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Danielle Chari Perry (Levison); her husband Mitchell Eugene Levison; her grandchildren, Jack (Emily Schmitt), Zane and Drew; her sister Joan Lewis (Shula Feuer); her siblings-in-law, Fred and Carol Levison; her nephew Steven Levison (Terri Wood); and her nieces, Joanna Levison (Kenan Aliyev) and Beth Levison (Henry Sidel). She is also survived by other nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Best Buddies International, Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (WPB) or a charity of your choice in Gayle's honor.
