He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Levin and Celia Levin; his wife Mary Levin; and his brother Martin Levin. He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Daks (Sean) of Lake Worth, FL.; his grandchildren, Samantha (Kaleb), Jennifer, Madison, Benjamin and Zoey; and his brother Warren Levin. He is also survived by his family, the many friends.
In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
