She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyman Mintz and Sadie Mintz. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Jurist; and her children, Robert (Renee), Ken (Kristine), Jeff (Jeanne) and Cathy (Bruce). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
