He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Mengel Parker. He is survived by: his children, Radford (Lauren) of Seattle, WA and Emily of Las Vegas, NV.; and his sisters, Carolyn (JC) of Boca Raton and Alice of Boynton Beach. He is also survived by his family, friends.
