He was predeceased by: his son Justin Sia. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sia; his daughters, Jennifer Sia and Rachel Pederson; and his siblings, James Sia, Edna, Marianne and Helen. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

“What a friend and pal Charlie Sia was. Living many miles apart didn't matter, we would get together whenever we could, mostly in Boston his hometown or Medway, and for one great gettogether with his wife and mine in Cape Cod to a cousins wedding. Thanks to his Mom and my 1st cousin Julia . Sad to lose him at an early age, however so many wonderful memories and laughs. To his children and family, my wife Joyce and I offer our sincere condolences. May he rest in peace Clive Cudmore”
