He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond and Anne Catherine O'Brien; and his brother Pat (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Laura Basil; his brothers, Kevin O'Brien (Patty), Mike (Nancy), Terry (Kathleen), Jack (Susan), Danny (Patti), Brian (An), Dennis (Kathi) and Kelly (Connie); and his sister-in-law Laura Basil. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.

Judy shared many stories of Casey describing him as a sweet loving man and when I met him, he was exactly that person. Fun, loving, full of laughter, and smiles.
