She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Frances Smith Neal and Robert Miller Neal; and her sisters, Margaret and Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Donald Neitz; her children, Daniel Neitz (Lisa), Nancy Lambert (Jon) and Kenneth Neitz (Lora); her grandchildren, Jennifer Baker (Chance), Matthew Neitz, Daniel Peterson (Patty), Stephanie Duffield (Ryan), Kristen Williams (Ben), K. J. Neitz, Bradford Lambert (Alix), Benjamin Lambert and Braydon Lambert; her great grandchild Emma Williams; and her siblings, Bob Neal and Carol Piper (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests donation to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
