Deborah (fondly called "Debbie or Deb) graduated from Chambersburg High School in 1975. Her major courses were in Business Education. She served in the United States Army Reserve in 1977 as a Helicopter Repairman for three years. Deborah received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1979. Deborah worked for the United States Government in California before moving to Florida. She worked for several different Government Agencies in Florida. Deborah loved cooking, playing softball and caring for her dog. Deborah is survived by her father, Richard L. Wise (Hattie); and her siblings Richard Wise (Patricia), Darryl Wise (Kim), James Wise (Kathy), Karen Middaugh (Frank), Carla Rinker (Earl) and step-sister, Stacey Rosenberry (Mark). She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Margaret McGowan; Aunts, Anna Wise and Delores Wise and Uncle, Paul Wise; Step-Father, Joseph Stull and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a friend, Rita Dickerson. Deborah was preceded in death by her loving mother, Lois Stull; Paternal grandparents, Charles and Zelda Wise; Maternal grandfather, James Wolff; two Uncles, Elwood Wise and DeWayne Wise and a loving step-mother, Janet Wise. The family extends thanks to everyone for their kind words of comfort, sympathy cards, prayers and sharing with the family on this special day. The family would also like to thank Hospice First Health, Melbourne, Florida for providing care for our loved one, Deborah L. Wise, during her illness. New Haven Avenue Melbourne, FL 32904 A Memorial Service will be held at Pleasant View Mennonite Church, 346 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11 am. In the absence of our Pastor Allen Eshleman, Pastor Harold Yeager will be officiating.
