He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jay Converse, Jr. and Eulavee Converse; and his siblings, John Jay Converse III, Earl Leroy Converse and Esther Elaine Winterlee.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his children, Michelle Litteral (George) and Darrin Converse (Taryn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and his close circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, in Art's name, to the Disabled American Veterans to support fellow veterans.
