He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Franke and Dorothy Franke (Sherman); his wife Mardell Franke of Wesley Chapel; his daughters, Dena Long of Wesley Chapel, Janay Brewer of Wesley Chapel and Kari Holley (Brian) of Dunn; his brother Jeff Franke (Clara); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Bilello (Paul), Shelly Franke, Cathy Fatigati (Jim), Robert Franke and David Franke (Jacquie); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Joshua (Vanessa), Devon (Ashley), Carson, Jackson, Gavin, Brenden, Melanie, Makayla, Loralai and Eli.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to The First Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills or the Alzheimer's Association.
