He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Astor Millican and Nancy Lena Sawyer; his granddaughter Kayla; and his brother James Edward. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jean Pryor; his children, Wayne (Beth), Linda and Teresa (Kelly); his grandsons, Craig (Samantha), Doug (Amy), Sean (Cassie) and Brian; his great grandchildren, Fischer, Hunter, Gentry and Weston; and his siblings, Willard Eugene, Roy Earl (Anna Jo) and Mary Lanita (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
