It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gallagher of Wesley Chapel, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, James, John and Joseph; his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Maryanne Gallagher; and his sisters, Mary (Peter Esoff) and Ellen (Joseph Quigley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church or to Pasco County Fire and Rescue 13.
