He is survived by: his wife Jerrilyn Caines; his daughter Susanne Bolt (Richard); his grandchildren, Ashley and Seth; his daughter Carolee Eason (Joel); his grandchildren, Joel Christopher "Jace", Brooke, Cassidy and Elise; his siblings, Katherine Melton, Howell "Eldridge" Caines (Marie) and June Overton (Dwight "Ovie"); and his cousin Jimmie Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
