He was predeceased by: his brother Darrell Howard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bowman Howard; his children, Josh (Tracy), Derek (Sharon), Aaron (Natasha), Miriam and Rachel; his granddaughters, Madysen, Emma, Ansley and Eliana; and his siblings, Janet Fourqurean, Karen Robinson and Kevin Howard.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Aletheia Church (1733 W Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33612).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made in Keenan's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
