She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobbye Joyce Howell and William Thomas Thornton; and her siblings, William T. Thornton and Joyce Gail Park. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Trey Phillips (Veronica Vanni), Jeff Phillips (Sharon), Chris Tabb (Emily) and Allison Sclavakis (Alex); her grandchildren, Sagan, Gabrel and Bela Vanni-Phillips; her children, Harrison, Megan Phillips, Landon, Taylor, Ella Tabb, Lexi and Andrew Sclavakis; her brother Daniel Craig Thornton; her cousin Gayle Mastak; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Tabb (Darcel) and Tom Tabb (Cindy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Dade City.
