He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leilia Williams and Howard Williams Sr.; his brother Bobby of Ridgeland; his wife Mary; his stepson Chandler Gaines of Port Orchard, Washington; his grandson Logan Gaines of Federal Way, Washington; his stepdaughter Taryn Harris of Cambria Heights; his sisters, Edith Carter of Brooklyn and Phyllis Camper (Tony) of Manassas, Virginia; his aunts, Claudia Johnson and Evelyn Johnson of Ridgeland; his niece Kim (Charles); and his friends, Brenda Edwards, Lorna Cunningham, Frank Gihan, Anthony Morrison, Tucksand Garnes, Andree Hodge, Rodney Ellis and William Loweth. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
