He is survived by: his wife Lidia Rodriguez; his children, Francisco Millan, Jr. (Esther), Nancy Millan, Lydia Rivera, Elvin Millan and Daisy Matos (Jerry); his grandchildren, Edwin Perez, Jr., Arlene Stepp, Jeremy Ocasio, Eduardo Rivera, Jr., Jessica Rivera, Andrew Millan, Kelsey Millan, Matthew Matos, Jonathan Matos, Zachary Matos, Britney Matos, Cristina Millan and Elisa Millan; his great grandchildren, Aiden Stepp, Wyatt Stepp, Laylah Rivera-Stevens, Anthony Perez and Caleb Perez; and his sisters, Luz Maria Melendez and Carmen Millan.
