She was predeceased by: her sister Cielo Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Manuel Diaz; her children, Manuel A. Diaz, Nivea Diaz, Elsa Diaz and Griselle Diaz; and her sister Lydia Reyes. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Donations in Antonia's name can be made to Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Land O Lakes, Florida and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
