He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffie Clyde Waites and Annie Waites. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his sons, Steve, Rick, Tim and Mike (Denise). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
