He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Shorr and Lillian Shorr. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbi" Shorr; and his brother Leon Shorr (Fran).

A committal service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Star of David of the Palm Beaches (9321 Memorial Park Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412).
