He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Norris. He is survived by: his wife Trish Fickle; his sons, Alan Fickle, Michael Fickle, Kenneth Fickle, Robert Norris and James Lancaster; and his brother Bobby Fickle. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
