“I am very sad to hear of Joyce's passing. I am her first cousin and was very close to Joyce when we were kids in Md. We would spend a week at each others house in the summer. Joyce had beautiful blonde hair and was very pretty. All the guys would notice her when we walked into Waverly. She was always happy and fun to be with. I am so sorry to hear that she passed.
