He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Farrell, and Elmer E. Farrell, Sr.; his wife Agnes Hendricks; and his children, Robert Farrell and Gwen Perz.

He is survived by: his children, Julie, Michael (Brenda) and David; and his grandchildren, Sarah, James, Kasi and Hannah. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and his sister.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
