He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Norris of Weeki Wachee, Florida; and his children, Timothy Rybinski of Florida, Yvonne Norris Thompson of California, Sonda McMoneagle of Florida and Wanda Miller of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
